CANCELLATION POLICY All appointments No call/no show appointments will forfeit their deposit/will be charged a cancellation fee. LATE POLICY If you are 15 minutes late without calling ahead you will forfeit your deposit and be considered a no call/no show, unless discussed otherwise. RESCHEDULING If your appointment needs rescheduled or canceled a 24hr notice is required. FILL POLICY Lash fills is considered 35% OR more of lashes still attached at the time of your appointment if there is less it will be considered a full set.
